Sizing
What face sizes can I choose from?
The case size is the width across the watch face. Where we know it, the size is listed on the watch’s page. Known women’s sizes range from 25 to 40 mm, with most at 25, 28, 33 or 36 mm. Unisex watches with known sizes are 40 or 42 mm. Known men’s sizes range from 43 to 46 mm, with most at 44 mm.
Why do some watches have no size?
Some watches do not show a case size on their page, because we do not know it yet. You can ask us about a size through the form on our Contact page.
How can I fit the bracelet?
The wooden link bracelet can be made smaller by taking links out. A watch repairer or jeweller can do this.
How do I measure my wrist?
Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist where you would wear a watch. Mark where the paper meets, then lay it flat and measure to the mark with a ruler. Keep that measurement to hand. If you have a question about a watch, ask us through the form on our Contact page.
Wood care
How should I care for the wood?
Keep your watch dry. Take it off to wash your hands, shower or swim. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth. Keep it out of long, strong sun and away from radiators.
How to choose
Where should I start?
Start by thinking about who the watch is for. You can choose from women’s, men’s and unisex watches.
How can I compare the look and price?
You can browse by wood tone and face colour. The wood tones are pale, brown, dark, red-brown, striped and multicoloured. Prices are £49 or £59.
How should I choose a face size?
Check the case size on the watch’s page where it is listed. Compare that measurement with a watch you already wear, if you have one.
Delivery and returns
When will my watch arrive?
Your order will arrive within 30 days of ordering. Each watch is posted in a box. If it will take longer than we expected, we will email you early to say when it will arrive. UK delivery costs £2.99.
Can I return my watch?
UK law gives you 14 days to cancel an online order, starting the day after your watch arrives. To cancel, send us a message through the Contact page. If you cancel, you pay the cost of posting the watch back to us. Our refund policy explains the rest.
